There’s a whole lot of thankfulness going on at Sting My Heart each Thursday, and today I’m chiming in. Sometimes we need to name our blessings, one by one. Here’s my short version:

* God providing hubby’s successful aneurysm repair a few weeks ago.
* The love and support of friends and family during his recovery.
* Hubby’s gift of the laptop and flash drive to encourage my efforts.
* The constant love and forgiveness of God — I’d be lost without it.
* Writerly friends who ‘fan the flame’ and spur me along the writing trail.
* The brilliant rainbow after the storm this past weekend.
* Faithful readers who spread warmth and cheer in the comments section:-)
* God’s faithful Word to me.
