I have had those moments when a task of writing became a burden and robbed me of the joy and excitement I have when I sit down to type. It's usually when I think I have to say something...when I must make a point or produce some profound thought, that I find myself chasing my own muse throughout the meadows of life. It's like we are playing tag, and I am always "it". Only with God, in complete surrender to His Spirit, do I find the peace and contentment sitting in my lap as I write.
